Carbon Neutral POS!

At Polly we are passionate about sustainability, which is why we source our standard POS board from the world’s only carbon neutral corrugated board manufacturing plant.

Fuelled by organic waste, sustainable energy is generated to power our board production factory, with the capacity to divert of 25,000 tonnes of biological waste from landfill and providing enough energy to power and heat 1,500 homes per year! Our board forms part of the circular economy with manufacturers providing food waste to power the plant and fertiliser being produced as a by-product which is then provided to local farmland to aid crop growing.

Using excess energy from the production plant we have made our entire printing process carbon neutral!

We have also launched Cygnus Eco board is the most environmentally friendly plastic alternative currently available on the market:

• Available in a range of thicknesses depending on application
• Exceptional print results
• Suitable for all standard printing processes
• Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certified

Made using up to 70% recycled content it is both compostable and biodegradable capable of being disposed of in your normal waste paper streams. This board is capable of being recycled and reused up to 8 times.

There is a wide range of applications, Cygnus board is suitable for Outdoor signs, bollard covers, Events signage ecommerce packaging, promotional packaging and instore POS.

Proven to last up to 15 weeks in all elements, Cygnus board is perfect for temporary outdoor signage. It offers the perfect environmentally friendly alternative to soft foam boards, foam PVC, fluted polypropylene, PE coated materials, HIPs, plastic and aluminium composites!
